At Amazing jewellery designs, I make every effort to ensure that our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view my pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we provide the measurement of each piece.
Return Policy:
Amazing Jewellery Designs is committed to complete customer satisfaction take pride in the quality and workmanship and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; Amazing Jewellery Designs will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Amazing Jewellery Designs is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Amazing jewellery Designs will process your return upon receipt of the package. Amazing Jewellery Designs must confirm that the returned jewellery has not been damaged or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period.
Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.

All orders must be shipped to a residence or business address with a valid signature upon delivery. No other exceptions allowed.
Limited Warranty:
Amazing jewellery Designs’ guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business.
That being said, precious metals erode, and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, repairs can be done in house by our expert staff at the normal repair fee. Any work performed by a jeweller other than amazing jewellery Designs automatically voids the warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
